1. Topics - Submissions should be about American politics/current events but need not be limited to any particular ideology. All viewpoints are welcome as long as the article is well written and will be of interest to a broad audience.
   
   
2. Post Length - There is no hard and fast rule regarding post length but generally each submission should be long enough to make a point yet not so long as to discourage readers from finishing it.
   
   
3. Editing - Submissions may be edited for length and/or to correct such things as glaring grammatical errors. We may also change the title of your post to improve its appeal to our visitors. We will not rewrite your article, if it is not appropriate for our site it will simply be rejected, but we do reserve the right to make minor corrections/edits.
   
   
4. Exclusivity/Originality - By submitting a guest blog entry to TalkingSides.com you are affirming that the material is your own work not copied from any other resource. You are also affirming that you have not published or submitted the post for publication elsewhere.
   
   
5. Byline/Signature - Should your entry be accepted for publication, the byline "Guest Blogger" will appear beneath the title and your name will appear in the signature area below the entry. Your signature may include one URL which will be displayed as a hyperlink.
   
   
   
6. We reserve the right to reject any submission which we feel would be inappropriate for our site.
