Now Everyone Is Too Dumb For Obama

From the beginning, the Obama administration's way of dealing with criticism of the president's policies and decisions has been to claim that whoever is criticizing is just too ignorant to understand how brilliant President Obama is. It didn't matter whether it was the majority of the American people or political opponents, the counter attack was always the same. Now the tactic is spreading to his own supporters.
It Depends On What Your Definition Of Stupid Is

In his nationally televised press conference Wednesday night, President Obama said that police acted "stupidly" in the arrest of prominent black scholar Henry Louis Gates Jr. On Thursday White House Spokesman Robert Gibbs said the president was not calling a Cambridge, Massachusetts police officer stupid when he criticized the arrest. (source) This brings to mind the age-old question, who are you going to believe, me or your lying eyes?
