Will There Be An Upset In West Virginia?
By Carole on Oct 3, 2011
According to a new survey by the Democratic-affiliated Public Policy Polling, tomorrow's gubernatorial special election in West Virginia is too close to call. Democrat and Acting Governor Earl Ray Tomblin currently leads Republican Businessman Bill Maloney by just one point (47% - 46%), down from a 6 point lead a month ago and a whopping 33 point lead early in the year.
It's Time To Summon Fatman

The candidates in last night's Republican presidential debate failed to deliver again. The two hour event included the same old stump speech sound bytes, lots of defensive posturing and attempted jabs at each other most of which missed their marks. Sound familiar?

The crowdsourcing armies and the mainstream media gave it their best shot but the unprecedented dig into 24,000 of Governor Sarah Palin's e-mails turned up nothing but proof that she was a competent, engaged leader who did her job well and stuck to her principles. Today cyberspace is thick with the disappointment of all those would-be Woodwards and Bernsteins who had hoped to uncover some embarrassing missive, some hypocritical decision or some gotcha type of proof that the media and her political enemies were right about her all along. They weren't.
New Media Necessity Or Just Another Attack On Palin?
By Carole on Jun 10, 2011
And they're off! Alaskan officials have just released 24,000 pages of e-mails sent and received by Sarah Palin during her first 21 months as Governor of that state. Now the digging starts as once noble journalistic institutions are asking their customers to do their job for them. Is this an indication of the media's future or is it another example of media bias against Mrs. Palin?
