Obama's Regulatory Reform Plan: Denial

Stanford University Economist John B. Taylor and Manhattan Institute Senior Fellow Diana Furchtgott-Roth recently told a congressional subcommittee that rolling back excessive government regulations and eliminating the threat of tax hikes would promote private-sector job growth more than another round of stimulus spending. But President Barack Obama, in the midst of his West Coast fundraising jaunt, said he makes no apologies for Wall Street regulation and environmental rules and doesn't buy the GOP charge they're costing jobs.
Obama's Economy Could Be Worse And It Is

With nowhere to hide from the dismal results of his failed economic policies, President Barack Obama's 'Yes We Can" became "It could be worse." Today we found out it is. Contrary to previous estimates, the US economy grew at a meager 1 percent annual pace this spring a full year after what the administration promised would be Recovery Summer. We now stand perilously close to another recession.
EPA's Endangerment Finding Endangers The Economy

Forget any agreement that could come out of Copenhagen, the Obama administration is trying to further destroy the US economy with an endangerment finding by the EPA. An announcement is expected by the Environmental Protection Agency on Monday that greenhouse gases are endangering people's health and must be regulated. (source) Such a finding could be used to force businesses to make costly changes without the need for any pesky laws to actually make their way through Congress.
