Republican Congressional candidate Allen West of Florida issued a statement today claiming politics was the reason the Obama administration declined to prosecute the New Black Panther Party on voter tampering charges. "For an Administration that promised a new era in race relations, Obama and the Democrats in Congress have demonstrated that race will continually be exploited for political gain," said Mr. West who is African-American. How do you fast track your chances to work for the Department of Justice? Defend terrorists. After months of stalling, Attorney General Eric Holder has finally (sort of) admitted that at least nine of President Obama's appointees have either represented or advocated for Guantanamo detainees But Mr. Holder is still refusing to name any of the now DOJ lawyers who worked on behalf of terrorists except for two who were already known. 9/11 Attacks Just Another Episode Of Law & Order?

While President Obama hides in Asia from the outcry at home, Attorney General Eric Holder announced that the Department of Justice will pursue prosecution in federal court of the five individuals accused of conspiring to commit the 9/11 attacks. Mr. Holder called the attacks "extraordinary crimes" and said he is "confident in the ability of our courts to provide these defendants a fair trial".
