The man who believes that admitted terrorists who have killed thousands should be tried in civilian court, that the US federal government should sue individual states for protecting themselves when that federal government will not and that his own country is a "nation of cowards" with regard to race has been sent to Afghanistan to foster the development of that country's justice system.
