President Obama continues to do anything he can to avoid making a decision. Proving yet again that he's no leader, he sent his chief of staff Rahm Emanuel into the Sunday morning talk show arena to proclaim that the president will not commit more US troops to Afghanistan until he is convinced there's an Afghan partner. (source) Despite General Stanley McChrystal's recommendation that thousands more troops are needed in the 8 year old conflict, the president continues to ignore the opinion of his hand-picked commander in Afghanistan in favor of his usual strategy - discuss, delay and ultimately "vote present".
