At least one Democrat is in favor of repealing the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (also known as Obamacare). Representative Mike McIntyre (D-North Carolina), one of 34 House Democrats who voted against the health care reform bill is agreeing with Republicans in saying he would be in favor of repealing the wildly unpopular and expensive legislation.

"If we had the opportunity to vote on it, I would," Representative McIntyre said. "But I don't think the votes are there right now. So now (the) question is, it'll have to be addressed by the judicial branch." He went on to say that he supports the numerous (mostly Republican) state attorneys general who are suing the federal government on the grounds that the PPAC Act is unconstitutional. (source)
With nearly two thirds of Americans saying they want Republicans in Congress to continue to challenge the legislation, 34 House Democrats on record as having voted against it and at least one Democrat joining Republicans in support of repealing/replacing it; it seems the Obama machine has finally generated some bipartisan spirit.
Of course none of this opposition will cause President Obama to rethink his confrontational style toward those who disagree with his policies. Later this week he will travel to Maine in another ridiculous attempt to sell the American people on the reformed health care system he forced upon them.
