The man who led New York City through the 9/11 attacks and their aftermath has spoken out against the Obama administration's decision to try the planners of those attacks in a civilian court. Asked on Fox News Sunday to respond to Attorney General Eric Holder's announcement that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four of his accomplices will be brought to New York "to answer for their alleged crimes in a courthouse just blocks away from where the twin towers once stood," Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani said:
